The Humble Chef

In a golden triangle city of Kuala Lumpur, can you find a van you can find a truck/kitchen/cafe combo, serving cheap, yummy and tasty Italian cuisine in Pusat Bandar Damansara. Is like very week dinner list for me and my boyfriend. The meat only got 2 choices only, either Chicken or Lamb. The friendly Chef Rosman Hussin is the owner of Humble Chef and he actually fully qualified chef. He took a Diploma in Culinary Arts from local private college and he had stints working as a chef in Kuala Lumpur and Germany a few years back.

Why the truck and not a grounded premise instead? The idea is come from Chef Rosman's mom because to own a grounded premise need a lot of investment, bills, rental and so on. The Truck is what a brilliant idea....

The Humble Chef MENU :-

1) Chicken or Lamb Carbonara - RM5

2) Chicken or Lamb Olio - RM5

3) Chicken or Lamb Pita - RM4

4) Chicken or Lamb Omelette - RM2.50

The Humble Chef always open at 9.30 P.M and close at 1 A.M.

But do not come late because :-

1) you hardly to find a table.

2) food will out of order especially pasta.

Last Friday night,
Johan and i joined our friends at Yellow Cab for dinner.
Yes, is our first time here.
Seriously, we did really enjoy it.
Is more tasty than Domino's Pizza.

What A Tragedy

My boyfriend and I was going out to Pelita KLCC meet up our friend there.
We reach there around 3.30 a.m. And the parking inside was full, so we parked our car outside.
Around 5 a.m. we decided to make a move back home. when the time I reached at my car,
I was my car window from the right side passenger seat broke into pieces and my bag inside got 2 pairs of jeans, 3 pairs of contact lens, 1 belt and my favourite Marc Jacob sunglasses was gone.
But i have nothing person valuable stuff as money lost. Still yet not lucky, I need to come out some money to repair the window. But yet that moron get nothing valuable...

Day 1 activities

We have our first visit at Teluk Cempedak

We had our lunch at Timur Kukus

After our Lunch we heading to Kuantan Town

Chill out at the East Coast Mall for movie

We had Baskin Robbin while waiting for our movie

Yay...Wednesday is Pink Day promotion!!

So we choose 1 scoop Chocolate and 1 scoop Jamoca Almond Fudge

After we done our ice cream straight away catch our Hantu Bonceng movie

at GSC

After Movie we heading to Tanjung Lumpur

Dinner.....Ana Ikan Terbakar Petai!!!

The Ikan Bakar was superb!!!

Last stop at Coffee Street...

Coffee Time!!!

Now Heading back to Kampung Tiram.........

Day 2

We woke up late because watched movie the whole night slept at 7 a.m.

By the time we woke up is around 3 P.M.

Go out and fetch Raymie's Girlfriend Pnut at her working place.

So Pnut bring us to this beautiful places around Kuantan.

Second days trip start with our late brunch at Mok Naa near Tanjung Lumpur.

Specialty here is Keropok lekor, Ikan Goreng Tepung, Udang Goreng Tepung plus

the Air Jagung....yummy!!! 2 Thumbs up..

MUST TRY

After done with our brunch, we decided to take a walk at

the beach side of Pantai Sepat...

Pantai Sepat is a nice place to swim but a lot of cow's poo

and also a lot of crabs....the big one.

Is almost dark, so we take a move back to Kuantan Town

for a lovely nice dinner.

just for a cup of Teh Tarik.

Everything is settle

We head back to Kampung Tiram...

Need to Wake up early going back to KL!!!

Day 3

We packing our clothes at the afternoon
